Shipping

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although our courier partners quote us 3-7 business days for delivery, sometimes delays are experienced and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe.

If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 7 workings days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.

*Please note: Once we pass your SPOR. order to our delivery partners, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by them. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Oh how we love tech... and sometimes not! Please ensure that your 'Current Location' setting is deactivated on your phone when placing your order, as your order can be defaulted to your current location when placing your order. If you have any further inquiries please contact us urgently at hola@sporathletica.com.

Note: Any orders that have already been fulfilled or dispatched will require a re-delivery fee to change the address.

We couldn't be more excited to get you your SPOR. order to you ASAP! We endeavour to post all orders made before 12:00pm EST time the next working days. All orders made after 12:00pm will be shipped the following 1-2 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

Once your SPOR. order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email when the first scan on your parcel has been made by the shipping carrier. This email will contain your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your JUNK & SPAM inboxes, as it may be hiding from you!

Occasionally orders are sent back to us. This can be due to an insufficient/incorrect address or if you haven't collected/re-organised a missed delivery. 

If your order is returned to us we will contact you and we are more than happy to re-send it (a re dispatch fee may apply).

Returns

On the slight chance that you do not receive your purchase in perfect condition due to a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image and description displayed online, please email us at hola@sporathletica.com immediately before returning the item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy.
Once approved, we will then be able to cover the return postage cost and issue you with a prepaid postage slip (applicable to only Australian orders within 14 days of the purchase date). Please complete your returns form explaining the fault and post the item back to us.

Unlike a bad date, we promise to never keep you hanging ❤︎ We process all returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 3-5 business days within peak seasons for us to process your return once we have received it. You will be notified once your return has been processed via the email address in your SPOR. customer account.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has been fulfilled or dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us at hola@sporathletica.com immediately. 

ORDERS

Unfortunately once your order has been fulfilled or dispatched, we cannot add an item or combine the contents with another order.

In the event that you entered an incorrect address when making your purchase you must email hola@sporathletica.com within 1 hour of placing your order to allow us with the best possible chance of updating your shipping information (no other medium of contact is accepted in this situation). Please note SPOR. is not responsible for shipments with incorrect address details.
