Shipping policy
All orders that are placed before 9:00am Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 24-48 hours (unless courier delays are experienced). Standard delivery typically takes 2-7 working days; however, please note that delivery time frames are estimates and can occasionally be subject to delays, particularly during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery time may slightly vary for rural areas. These services may require a signature upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for your package upon delivery your package may be sent back to the couriers depot or left in a safe place. Alternatively, another person at the delivery address can sign for your package.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of making your order please email us at hola@sporathletica.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.
Tracking your order & Authority to Leave (ATL)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details to track your parcel. If you are not home at the time of delivery your item may be left in a safe place (ATL) - you authorise us to do this upon purchase.
VIP Processing
VIP Processing is an expedited fulfilment service designed to prioritise your order, ensuring it skips the standard queue and is prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. Please note that this service prioritises order processing and fulfilment but does not include express shipping, as delivery timeframes depend on the selected shipping method and courier
IMPORTANT
In the event that you entered an incorrect address when making your purchase you must email hola@sporathletica.com within one (1) hour of placing your order to allow us with the best possible chance of updating your shipping information (no other medium of contact is accepted in this situation). Please note SPOR. is not responsible for shipments with incorrect address details.
The courier may return your package back to us in certain circumstances, in order for your package to be re dispatched to you, there will be a re-dispatch fee. Re-dispatch fees may vary depending on your location. In the event that your package is deemed lost by the courier we will endeavour to investigate any such packages on your behalf and will do everything in our best efforts to resolve any such circumstances. SPOR. is not responsible for stolen or delayed packages by the courier.
