Need to return something?  We're sorry it didn't work out!

General Returns

You may return your SPOR. purchase for a Gift Voucher providing it meets the following criteria:

- Unopened 
- Unwashed
- No stains
- Without smell of perfume or deodorant
- All tags attached
*NOTE: We do not offer refunds on SALE items 

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the date you received your order. SPOR. reserves the right to deny any returns that are received outside these conditions.

The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. Please return items via a traceable mail service as SPOR. is not responsible for lost packages returned back to us.

Please allow up to 5 business days for all returns to be processed from the date it is received by our returns team.

Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address provided in your SPOR. order. You will receive a separate email containing your Gift Voucher details and how to use your Gift Voucher. Please ensure to check your Junk & Spam inboxes for all emails.

Faulty Returns

On the slight chance that you do not receive your purchase in perfect condition due to a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image and description displayed online, please email us at hola@sporathletica.com immediately before returning the item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy.
Once approved, we will then be able to cover the return postage cost and issue you with a prepaid postage slip (applicable to only Australian orders within 14 days of the purchase date). Please complete your returns form explaining the fault and post the item back to us.

Returns Approved Outside of Standard Policy

In some cases, SPOR. may approve a return outside of our standard returns conditions at our discretion.

Where a return is accepted outside of standard policy, return shipping, handling, and restocking fees will apply and will be deducted from any store credit or refund issued.

Restocking fees are as follows:
 • Small items & accessories: 15% restocking fee of item value
 • Large / bulky items (e.g. benches, yoga mats): 25% restocking fee of item value

All shipping and handling costs associated with the return or re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing fault.


Refunds 

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, SPOR. is not required to provide a refund for change of mind returns. For example, should you make the wrong selection or change your mind, within compliance with Consumer Rights SPOR. is not obligated to offer a refund.

If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to replace it where available. If we cannot replace the style, we will offer a SPOR. gift voucher or refund. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at the discretion of SPOR.
